Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph569" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the legal entity operating the ph569 platform and all associated services accessible at ph569.net.
• "Platform" means the ph569 website, mobile interface, games lobby, sportsbook, live dealer service, and all related features and tools available at ph569.net.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ph569 platform or otherwise accesses or uses any ph569 service.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing ph569's registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's ph569 Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional funds, free bet allocations, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a ph569 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process ph569 conducts in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, including all schedules and supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the ph569 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. You accept these Terms by:

• Clicking the acceptance checkbox during the ph569 account registration process;
• Logging in to an existing ph569 Account after these Terms have been updated and a notification of such update has been displayed; or
• Placing any wager, making any deposit, or using any feature of the ph569 platform following the publication of these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph569 platform and contact our support team at [email protected] to close your Account and arrange the return of any available real-money Balance. ph569 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain a ph569 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by ph569.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of ph569 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or service partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order with ph569 or any PAGCOR-regulated gambling operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of ph569 services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules govern Account registration and ongoing account security:

• One Account per person. Each player may hold only one ph569 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid contact details. ph569 is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information you provide.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. ph569 is not liable for unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Two-Factor Authentication. ph569 provides SMS-based two-factor authentication. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. ph569 may require 2FA for certain high-value transactions.
• Suspected unauthorised access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ph569 immediately at [email protected]. ph569 may suspend your Account pending investigation.
• No account transfer. ph569 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any Balance to any other person.

Deposits & Payment Methods

ph569 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash (minimum deposit: ₱100)
• PayMaya (minimum deposit: ₱100)
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer (minimum deposit: ₱200)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (minimum deposit: ₱300)

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name and match the personal information on your ph569 Account. ph569 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. ph569 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects originates from an ineligible or fraudulent source.

Deposits are credited to your ph569 Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) at the time of receipt. ph569 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which ph569 is not responsible.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion. Your Account must have completed ph569's KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Minimum withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Same-method rule. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. ph569 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different method.
• Processing time. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals initiated before 3:00 PM on a Philippine business day are typically processed the same day. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Wagering requirements. Any Bonus Credits and associated winnings remain subject to applicable wagering requirements. The portion of your Balance attributable to unwagered bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Withdrawal fees. ph569 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the player's responsibility.

ph569 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ph569 may request additional documentation and will comply with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Game Rules & Betting

By placing any wager on the ph569 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Each game available on the ph569 platform — including slot titles, live dealer tables, bingo, ludo quick, cricket, and sportsbook markets — is governed by specific game rules published within the platform. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• All wagers are final once confirmed. ph569 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager.
• ph569's random number generators (RNGs) are independently certified. The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by ph569 or any third party.
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, ph569 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to your Balance. ph569's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sportsbook markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change at ph569's discretion.
• ph569 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably determines was placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or in exploitation of an error in displayed odds or game parameters.

Bonuses & Promotions

ph569 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all ph569 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to players who have a verified ph569 Account in good standing. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements. All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement on ph569 deposit bonuses is 25x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
• Game contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer table games, including baccarat and blackjack, may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of credit. Any unwagered bonus credits and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited without prior notice.
• Abuse and exploitation. ph569 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
• Amendment and withdrawal. ph569 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account under the original promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph569 platform. ph569 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to forfeit any associated Balance:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the ph569 platform. Any player who identifies a system vulnerability must report it immediately to [email protected] and must not exploit it;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which ph569 offers betting markets;
• Colluding with other players in any table game, poker room, or live dealer game;
• Using the ph569 platform for any money laundering or other financial crime;
• Engaging in bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ph569 Account.

Account Suspension & Closure

ph569 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where ph569 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• The Player is under 21 years of age;
• The Player is subject to a self-exclusion order that ph569 is required to honour;
• ph569 is required to close the Account by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a regulatory authority;
• ph569 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the Player, ph569 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance. In all other cases of Account closure initiated by ph569, any available real-money Balance (net of any bonus credits) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any required verification.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting ph569 support at [email protected]. Players who wish to self-exclude should use the self-exclusion tools available in their Account settings or request self-exclusion through support.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ph569 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trade names, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of ph569 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

ph569 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph569 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph569 software;
• Use any ph569 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the ph569 platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of ph569 intellectual property may result in Account closure and may give rise to legal action. ph569 actively monitors for and pursues intellectual property infringement.

Privacy & Data Protection

ph569 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph569 processes your personal data for purposes including Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. ph569 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

ph569 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by ph569, subject to any legal obligations that require ph569 to retain such data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph569's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your ph569 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph569 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or delays caused by circumstances outside ph569's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, and force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error;
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ph569's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

ph569 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph569 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the ph569 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the ph569 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage players to resolve disputes through ph569's internal complaints process. To raise a complaint, contact our support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. ph569 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

These Terms, together with the ph569 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph569 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings on the same subject matter.
